1- Shipping
The packages are sent between 24 to 48 working hours after receiving the corresponding payment for the order in question. In order for it to be included in the delivery of the day, the order must be placed before 4:00 p.m.
Spain peninsula and the Balearic Islands:
24/48 hour service = Shipping costs are €4.95 up to €49.99 of purchase. From €50 shipping is free. In the event that you want cash on delivery, an extra charge of €5 will be applied as a commission by the delivery agency. The order will arrive the next business day or the next. In order for it to appear in the day's distribution, it must be done before 2:00 p.m. The Balearic Islands service is 48/72 hours.

Canaries Ceuta and Melilla:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume of purchase. For more information, you should contact our customer service.
Portugal, Italy and France:
Service 3-4 working days = Shipping costs are €20. In the event that you want cash on delivery, an extra charge of €5 will be applied as a commission by the delivery agency.
2– Return and refund policy
Any customer who has made a purchase at Rosgaly.es has 14 calendar days without the need for justification to return the product/s. The period begins when the carrier delivers the goods to the customer.
To exercise the right of return, you must notify Rosgaly.es by phone, by sending an email to info@rosgaly.es or by sending us a postal letter to the following address:

To comply with the return of the product, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
In case of return of the product or products, the contract will be canceled and the money will be refunded once we have received the returned product. The amount of the returned product will be refunded by the same means by which the payment was made. In the event that the returned products arrive incomplete, damaged, used or dirty, rosgaly.es reserves the right to refund only part of the amount paid.
Purchase returns are not applicable in the case of distance selling contracts for the delivery of items supplied especially for the customer, according to the customer's specifications or made to measure. For example, orders that Rosgaly must carry out expressly to meet the client's needs, products technically adapted to the client's specifications, or products outside the rosgaly.es catalogue.
rosgaly.es assumes the return and delivery costs (in the case that it has been paid for) only in case of wrong shipment or defective product. In the case of a return for reasons unrelated to a defective or incorrect product and if the customer has chosen free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
